Nice walk inside Hokkaido Uni!! the softcream is from Nishiokoppe, northeast of Hokkaido!! The students are lucky to have a cafe like this!!

The ice cream here is good! It tastes like a creamy condense milk. The cashier spoke English at a better level than most places ( actual sentences). I stopped by here after visiting the museum. There is seating and a small food menu. They take credit card.
